| RPS Announces Acquisition of Chautauqua Fiberglass |

Reinforced Plastic Systems, Inc. (RPS) Mahone Bay, Nova Scotia, Canada is pleased to announce the acquisition of Chautauqua Fiberglass of Sharpsville, Pennsylvania, U.S.A. Chautauqua Fiberglass operates two custom FRP corrosion resistant fabrication plants in Sharpsville, PA and Middletown, OH. These facilities provide FRP equipment and maintenance services to customers in the: Power, Steel Processing, Pulp and Paper, and Waste Water Treatment Industries. Chautauqua has been supplying pipe spooling services to RPS for the past two years. The new company will operate as RPS Chautauqua and has retained all management and staff of Chautauqua Fiberglass. This acquisition enhances RPS' product line with additional U.S.A. based custom fabrication capability, installation and maintenance services. RPS Chautauqua has qualified ASME FRP bonders and RPS certified technicians available for field inspection and maintenance of FRP equipment. RPS owns and operates six custom corrosion resistant FRP fabrication/manufacturing plants in North America located in Nova Scotia & New Brunswick in Canada, and Virginia, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Utah in the United States. These facilities provide corrosion/erosion resistant FRP equipment and installation and maintenance services to the power, FGD, Pollution Control, Chemical Process, Pulp and Paper, Steel and Mineral Processing, and Water and Waste Treatment Industries throughout North America.
