RPS A-series piping is both corrosion and erosion resistant. It is fabricated with the proprietary ABCO A-series, erosion/corrosion resistant liner in both the pipe and fittings.
A-series has enhanced resistance to erosive slurries and is the standard product used in Flue Gas Desulphurization (FGD) projects worldwide for over 35 years. It out-performs standard FRP, Rubber Lined Carbon Steel, and Alloy piping in fine particle slurries including limestone, gypsum, & lime).

- Resistant to chlorides and fluorides
- Resistant to harsh, FGD absorber tower internal environment
- Sizes from 1" (25mm) to 120" (3.1m) diameter
- 50 to150 psi rating
- Joining with Tapered Adhesive and Butt & Wrap joints
- Molded construction with radius nozzle connections
- Good in most services for continuing operation at up to180F/82C
RPS AA-series piping includes both an inner and outer erosion and corrosion resistant liner. AA-series piping is custom designed for absorber internal spray pipes in wet flue gas desulphurization systems and has become the preferred material for this harsh environment.
RPS AA-series piping has been installed in over 100 Flue Gas Desulphurization (FGD) plants worldwide handling gypsum and limestone slurries.

RPS P-series piping is a highly corrosion resistant pipe system with reinforced chemical resistant barrier in both pipe and fittings.
RPS P-series piping is manufactured with vinyl ester resins and is available with the ABCO Tapered Ahesive joining system in sizes 1" through 12". The tapered adhesive joint offers all the chemical resistance of a laminated joint at a fraction of the installed cost.
RPS P-series piping is recommended for use in a wide range of moderate to aggressive corrosion environments.
- Custom designed corrosion barriers
- Elevated high temperature performance
- Enhanced solvent resistance
- Epoxy Novolac vinyl ester resin
- Sizing ranges from 1” (25mm) through 120” (3100mm) diameter
- 50 to 150 psi rating
- Joining with Tapered Adhesive or Butt & Wrap Joints
- U.V. Protected

RPS H-series piping has enhanced corrosion resistance for high temperature environments. It has improved resistance to strong acids, solvents, and oxidizing agents.
RPS H-series piping is manufactured from epoxy novolac vinyl ester resin and is available with the ABCO tapered Adhesive joint in sizes 1” (25mm) through 12” (300mm). H-series piping offers maximum chemical resistance.
H-series piping is the preferred pipe system for hot concentrated HCl and has been used extensively in mineral process industry applications.
- Inherently Corrosion Resistant and UV Resistant
- Improved Hydraulics Compared to Steel and Lined Steel
- Light Weight
- Various Lengths Available up to 60 feet
- Lower Life Cycle Cost than most materials
RPS large diameter pipe systems are used both above and below ground for cooling water, desalination plants, hydroelectric penstocks, effluent lines, and various other process streams.
The inherent corrosion resistance, light weight, improved hydraulics, and life expectancy of RPS large diameter pipe systems make them the piping material of choice for Power plant and Process plant operators. Large diameter piping is available with flanged connections, laminated butt joints, and for buried applications bell and spigot "O" ring joints.
