RPS designs and manufactures shop fabricated tanks up to 16 feet diameter in accordance with ASTM RTP - 1 Reinforced Thermoset Plastic Corrosion Resistant Equipment. RTP - 1 covers "stationary vessels used for the storage, accumulation, or processing of corrosive or other substances at pressures not exceeding 15 psig external and/or 15 psig internal above hydrostatic head."

Tanks and process vessels are available in all hand lay up construction, helically wound, or chop hoop construction. Corrosion liners are custom designed to the specific service conditions and are available in any thickness and with a variety of surfacing veils including polyester, "C" veil, "ECR" veil, and Carbon veil.
